Police continue the search for Claudia Lawrence.

Police in North Yorkshire are continuing to hunt for Claudia Lawrence. It's now approaching 7 months since she was last seen.

Here's a timeline of the police search for Claudia:

10th/13th March: Two men are seen outside Claudia's house in York. One of them is seen trying her door.
18th March: Claudia speaks to her mum at 8.30pm, that's the last contact anybody has with her.
19th March: Claudia doesn't turn up for work at York University. A rowing couple are seen outside the buildings at about 6.10am.
21st March: Police launch a massive appeal for Claudia's whereabouts.
24th March: Posters are put up outside Claudia's home, as the investigation picks up momentum.
25th March: Police make a second appeal for information. More than 100 officers are now involved with the search.
26th March: Volunteers from the Tees Valley travel down to help in the search.
30th March: Family and friends in Claudia's hometown of Malton start their own appeal for information. Police start an investigation into a website that's set up asking for people to donate money, it's closed down the next day. An appeal on crimewatch focusses on Claudia's mobile phone and rucksack - which still haven't been found. 
31st March: Following the programme, police reveal they've received more than 80 calls. Some relating to her previous relationships.
1st April: Kate and Gerry McCann offer their support, two weeks after Claudia was last seen.
2nd April: Police reveal a new lead in their search. After CCTV footage shows a pick-up truck parked outside her house on the night she was last heard from. The next day the driver is ruled out of the enquiry.
7th April: Her family again appeal for information, three weeks after Claudia went missing.
12th April: Claudia's family spend Easter Sunday without her.
14th April: Claudia's family again appel for information, 4 weeks after she was last heard from.
16th April: Police in North Yorkshire reveal they're chasing 3 new leads. Including a rowing couple seen outside the university on the day she failed to show up for work.
17th April: A body is found in the river Ouse close to where Claudia works. At first it's thought it could be her. But it is later identified as a 68 year-old woman from Doncaster, who'd also been missing.
24th April: Crimestoppers offer a reward of 10 thousand pounds for anybody with information about Claudia's whereabouts. Police reveal they're now treating the investigation as "a suspected murder enquiry".
5th May: Claudia's father unveils a new website, almost 7 weeks after she was last seen.
15th May: Police unveil CCTV footage showing a man walking around the back of Claudia's house the day she disappeared.
18th May: It's two months since Claudia was last heard from. North Yorkshire police reveal they've already started to scale down the investigation.  
2nd June: The last known movements of Claudia are re-enacted on Crimewatch. They take 60 calls from members of the public.
19th June: 3 months after Claudia was last heard from, her family widen the search by holding a press conference in London.
16th July: Police release images of a man seen getting onto a bus in York the day Claudia disappeared. They later count him out of their enquiry after he comes forward.
18th September: 6 months after Claudia went missing, police reveal they're following up some new leads in Cyprus. They think she may have been about to travel there when she disappeared.
25th September: Police return from Cyprus, without any new suspects.
30th September: Claudia's mum tells the press her mothering instincts tell her Claudia is still alive.
