Magic 1170

I'm delighted to be presenting Magic 1170's Breakfast Show, each weekday morning from 6am to 10am - with everything you need to get you off to work, college or on the school run in fine style. I'm hoping that you'll make it a daily habit, and join me each morning for The Song in the Shower, where you can help choose which great 60s or 70s singalong song gets played. There's our quiz just after 7am - The  Birthday Box  - a just for fun start to the day with a famous person born on this day to identify. Prepare to lose your shirt on Alan's Ass- our daily racing tip. Why not test your brainpower in the Text Trivia tease at around 8.30?  And we'll be featuring your events on our What's On Diary each morning as well....  Throughout the show we'll have the latest news, weather, traffic and travel presented in a way that doesn't get in the way of the fabulous music from the 60's, 70's and 80's. 

It's a show exclusively for County Durham, Teesside, and North Yorkshire - for Darlington, Stockton, Hartlepool, Richmond, Middlesbrough, Crook, Northallerton & Bishop Auckland - and designed for everyone who lives and works in the Magic 1170 area - just like we do...... I might have the occasional rant about stuff, but feel free to have a rant back by email, text or phone call!
